Applies to services provided by RisePath Global Immigration LLP
This policy explains how cancellations and refund requests are handled for advisory and documentation services provided by RisePath Global Immigration LLP. The specific fees, inclusions and payment terms that apply to you are set out in the written service agreement or invoice issued before your engagement begins.
We provide advisory, documentation and application-support services. We do not sell visas, work permits, job offers or admissions, and we do not control the decisions or timelines of any employer, institution or government authority.
Government fees, visa and application charges, embassy and biometric fees, language tests, skills assessments, credential evaluations, medicals, police clearances, courier charges and similar third-party payments are collected by those third parties under their own rules. We cannot refund amounts we have not received or that a third party has already consumed.
You may request cancellation of your engagement in writing at any time by emailing info@risepathglobal.com. Work already completed at the time of your request — including profile assessment, documentation review, file preparation and submissions made on your behalf — remains chargeable as set out in your service agreement.
Our fees are charged for professional services rendered, not for a particular outcome. A refusal, delay, change of rules, employer decision or change in your personal circumstances does not by itself create a refund entitlement, because the outcome is not within our control and was never guaranteed.
If you make a duplicate payment or pay an incorrect amount, contact us with the payment reference and we will verify and correct it.
